MONACO DI BAVIERA. Anche quest’anno il sindaco di Monaco di Baviera ha dato il via alla fiera della birra più importante del mondo, l’Oktoberfest. Fino al 5 ottobre nell’area di Theresienwiese, con i suoi 42 ettari di estensione in cui, saranno di scema i Festzelte (stend) dei sei marchi di birra più famosi della Baviera (Paulaner, Spaten, Hofbräu, Hacker-Pschorr, Augustiner e Löwenbräu) dove verranno serviti oltre 7,5 milioni di boccali di birra. Non si tratta di birre qualunque, ma di prodotti con ingredienti ricercati e luppoli di alta qualità. Per gli amanti della festa che preferiscono il glamour agli stand, ci sono tante altre attrazioni legate alla birra a Monaco. La città è famosa anche per le sue birrerie storiche, come l’Hofbräuhaus München, con camerieri in stile bavarese, orchestranti e dove i clienti abituali hanno perfino diritto al boccale di birra personalizzato. Un evento nell’evento all’interno del mercato ortofrutticolo e l’Hirschgarten nel giardino dei cervi.
